EAST

2026

For a while I've been using abstract illustration and poetry as ways of documenting travel; trying to capture the feeling of a place rather than rely on photography or video. This way, I'm forced to reflect on the things I experience, and see what happens when I put pencils to paper, becoming more active in the documentation process. 

EAST is an experimental super-short based on these explorations; abstraction meets animation meets poetry.
