Castro+Friends is the home of award-winning multi-disciplinary practitioner-researcher Dan Castro.
His characterful, colourful work explores big feelings told in simple stories inspired by watching cartoons on his grandfather's VHS player.
Alongside his own practice, he has worked with clients and collaborators such as BBC Scotland, Oonis Pizza ovens, Sony Playstation and Cartoon Network.
His research centres on developing play and playfulness as more than incidental parts of the creative process, but as things to be practiced and developed.
